How do I place an order?

Browse the store, add items to your cart, and check out. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes — contact us at support@woodlandgear.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate any changes.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and another when your order ships with your tracking number.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times:
United States: 7-15 business days
UK & Canada: 7-18 business days
Australia: 10-18 business days

Is shipping free?

Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page anytime.

My tracking number isn't updating — what do I do?

Tracking can take 2-5 business days to update after your order ships as it clears customs and enters the carrier network. If it's been more than 7 days with no update, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll resolve it — refund, replacement, or store credit. In most cases you won't need to ship anything back.

My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Email us at support@woodlandgear.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund within 24-48 hours — no return shipping required.

How long do refunds take?

Once approved, refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
